Team/Player Package and Fees

 

International Team Travel Party – Fee includes up to 14 individuals per team. The fee does not include airfare to or from the US. ABG will certainly work with foreign league organizations to secure the best available round-trip airline pricing.

Arrival Date – Friday, August 25, 2023

Teams should schedule US arrival for Friday the 25th of August 2023 US Eastern Standard Time. Teams should secure their flight arrangement from the point of departure to Orlando International Airport (OAI) USA. Combine staff will meet and greet everyone at the airport where provided ground transportation will be supplied to transport to the host hotel. 

Team Package Inclusions:

Accommodations – Each team will be provided 8 rooms at the host hotel: six (6) rooms of double occupancy and two (2) rooms of single occupancy. 

Meals – While at the Combine, all teams will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner, buffet style, catered by host hotel restaurant and catering staff.

Off days – Tour and sightseeing days will occur on Saturdays and Sundays, August 26th, 27th, and September 2nd & 3rd. ABG will coordinate with attending teams and players the various opportunities from attractions, beaches shopping among others for all to engage while at the Combine. A per diem monetary allowance to each attendee will be provided on Tour and Sightsee days.

ABG Staff Liaison –An ABG staff liaison along with host hotel staff will be available to aid international visiting teams with arrangements.

Training Sessions include top US instruction in – Individual and team-oriented Shooting, Passing, and Ball handling; individual and team instruction of man-to-man and zone defense; pressing defenses and offenses; special situation play; practice time for team and individual workouts; nutrition and strength training methodology; coaches Q&A sessions and much more.

Live Games and Champions Tournament – Teams will play a complete game schedule against each other as well as a Champions Tournament. All games and sessions will be video documented. Games will be played Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights during the Combine.

 Team Attendance Fee – $4,200 USD* per player /attendee

Registration Deposit – Due upon submitting the Organization/Team Waiver document. CLICK HERE to download the waiver

Deposit amount of 50% or $2,100.00 USD, made by wire transfer deposit into ABG US bank or via Credit card. Details are found on the registration page. Deposit due by Friday, August 9th, 2023

Remaining Fee Amount – due Wednesday, August 16th, 2023

Team Arrival date – Friday, August 25th, 2023

Team Departure date – Sunday, September 10th, 2023

Length of stay – 17 days, 16 nights

*Air travel to and from the USA – The attendance fee does not include airfare costs to and from the US.

Airfare cost is the responsibility of the attending team/organization/league. ABG believes attending organizations are better able to work within their current structure to purchase round-trip airfare, as well as to attend to passport requirements and possible ticket changes that may occur while in the US.  International teams should seek arrival and departure into Orlando International Airport (OIA).

ABG will help any team organization in recommending a US travel agency with its purchase of round-trip airfare into and out of the US if necessary.
